Sometimes finding the best way to lose weight is hard. This is the reason a lot of people lose time by doing diets and workouts that aren’t the best for them. But the worst part is that when they lose some weight they stop making any efforts. Persistence is the key to success. This is the story of Xiomara Romero:
I have always been in this thing called the YOYO weight, I have been a size 3 and also a size 14. But last year I was in the worse shape and health of my life. I was depressed, unhappy, I had the worst habits ever, from alcohol to comfort food, not exercising at all etc etc, that lead to the result of weighing the highest I had ever been. Putting myself out there so that everyone could see that no matter what’s going on in your life, good or bad, you should always take care of yourself first. It took me a long time, loosing ten here, gaining 15 there, during this whole process. In the end I committed myself and stayed focused with the support of my close friends and family. This is not the end for me. Turning this into a life style for my health and well being.
