We all love protein bars, they taste good and give you a good amount of protein, when you don’t have the time to eat something cooked. So here is a good recipe for protein bars, that can replace a whole meal if you are in a hurry. If you think that the protein is not enough for you, you can add protein powder in it.
500g rolled oats
500g cottage cheese
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp vegatable oil
Use blender to crush the oats and peanuts. Take a big bowl and pour them in. Put the other four ingredients in the bowl ( 2bananas,1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp vegetable oil and 500g cottage cheese). Crush the mixture well with your hands. Take a tray and pour in the mixture, then distribute it evenly over the tray. Before you put it in the refrigerator, cut the mixture into the size of the bars you want them to be.
