There are more guys in the gym who have difficulties to gain weight than guys who can’t lose weight. The main problem is that they don’t eat enough. They think that they eat a lot but the truth is that their calorie intake is not on the level they need. This was the problem with Phill Goodall who was always the skinny guy. Read his story:
“I was on a bad diet of eating anything and everything but never gained weight regardless , I was introduced to the gym about ten years ago and just instantly loved it , trained 3 days a week but diet was still rubbish. It’s only the last 5 years of training where I’ve had my diet on check , I current train 5 days a week , legs abs Monday, chest abs Tuesday , back Wednesday , arms Thursday and shoulders Friday , one to two hour sessions daily , I was roughly 65 kilos when I started I’m now sitting at around 92 kilos leaning . “
Gaining muscle mass is the first reason for most guys to workout. But this is a slow process. If you try to do it fast you are going to end up with big percent of body fat. Soon we will upload an article on this topic, so stay tuned.
