Razu Sharma was too skinny when he was a kid and was bullied by bigger kids. So his dream was to get muscular when he grow up which he have achiebed. Read his story:
To achieve this Physique was my childhood dream which i started 4 years back in 2013.. And the secong reason was people started to make fun of me.. So those words said by people made me to push my physique to this level and also shut their mouth by proving myself… The dedication the hard work i gave to my workout and made it my passion… And after 4 years of joining to the gym i transform myself from skinny guy to a beast
My workout routine :
I workout 6 days in a week in which 1 day is for my cardio and abs workout.. Rest on Monday i train my chest, on Tuesday i train my back, on Wednesday cardio and abs, on Thursday i train my deltoids and triceps, on Friday i train my legs, on Saturday i train my Biceps, Sunday is rest day..
Nutrition that i take are – normal 4 times meals in a day which consist 10 eggs, 250gm chicken, white oats, rice, vegetables, chapati, and more than 2 ltrs of water in a day.
Fruits i eat are Apple, banana, pomegranate and some dry fruits
Supplement i use are Mass gainer, Bcaa, whey protein
