My Name is Tariq Khan… My main motivation is winning! I am all about winning. The harder you work, the better the result will be. Once you win, the results are automatically seen. I want to inspire people and bring the mental positive attitude back for those who need it. Of course, I also want to look good and be healthy with a body that can be looked at as motivation.
To be honest never ever thought I’d go on stage. It was when I had opened my own gym and started training with a bodybuilder we all know as Tommo, he wanted to do the Local penine show which had come back into play in 2014 and he told me to do it, I thought about it and thought it would be a good idea, it would be good for my gym. I always wanted to get conditioned as I was bulky for years and I thought I would be a challenge for me to see how I’d actually look under all the layers of fat. The passion and the fitness levels I have built and my lifestyle have all changed for the better I love eating well and the energy levels I’ve built is shocking to me and everyone else around me. As you may well know I have inspired many to take my footsteps not just into bodybuilding but to live a healthy lifestyle. I can honestly say I am very conscious about what I eat and I think this will live with me for the rest of my life
I count my calories according to my training schedule. The more cardio I do, the more carbs I will have or at times I will reduce carbs and throw in a cheat meal when I have destroyed cardio. I train every day and do not miss cardio sessions. The only rest which I will have is 2 days per week off weights, every other day, I am in the gym working hard and striving for perfection.
As I am a proud owner of the Muscle Factory gym, I began personal training customers with full meal plans and dedicated a workout regime which has helped many people with their food and workouts. I call this, BODY KHANDITIONING!

What the story of Tariq teaches us is that you should never be satisfied with the achievements and strive for your perfection. A person should strive at developing until the end of his life and even now to think that he has achieved something big should set increasingly higher goals. And when you have the ambition and little luck, you can always get what you want.
