Getting back in form after injury isn’t that hard, especialy if you had been working out for years. This is because of muscle memory which helps you to reach the level you was on before faster. It is harder to get beck in the old habbits but if you do the succees is guaranteed. That is the story of Colin Mccreery who get in great shape after being injured for a long time.
I was usually in good shape then picked up an injury and put the weight on. After my injury i got fed up looking the way i did so got off my ass and got into weights 5 days a week plus cardio 6 days a week which was mainly hill sprints and football. First 3 pictures are 8 weeks apart then final picture is 6 months from the start. I ate the usual which is chicken, fish, veg, sweet potato, rice and porridge… and plenty off protein of course..
